Wild and Rooted

I am a guide for those ready to reclaim their sovereign life force — to awaken their Ka, embody their power, and step fully into union, magnetism, and wealth. My work is rooted in lived experience, ancestral healing, and deep immersion in somatic and spiritual practices. I have walked through sexual trauma, addiction, child abuse, and the generational patterns that sought to keep me small. Through these experiences, I discovered the power of shadow integration and the life force energy that flows through all of us. It is this knowledge — hard-earned, embodied, and sacred — that I bring to the work I do with others. Over the past three years, I’ve studied under kundalini energy mentors, womb healers, and shamans, deepening my understanding of trauma-informed embodiment and ancient spiritual wisdom. I’ve invested thousands in mentorships, exploring the depths of the psyche and the mysteries of conscious transformation. My studies have also led me to the sacred teachings of Isis’s magic with Ka, alongside Persian union codes — weaving ancient wisdom with modern somatic and nervous system practices. I am currently completing a 200-hour certification in yoga and trauma-informed yoga, and beginning training in fascia work, integrating anatomy, physiology, and somatic embodiment into my offerings. Through courses, 1:1 mentorship, and sacred container work, I guide individuals to release trauma, awaken their sensuality, reclaim wealth and magnetism, and come fully home to themselves.
